objective-less
A few days back I posted this which was about writing with no clear objective.
It's something that I want to explore further. Whenever human beings are pursuing something: a career goal, building a startup, a scientist pursuing research or a person trying to seek truth.
The inherent underlying assumption is that there must be an objective. When I looked into my university research departments, I noticed that the labs had a clear objective. To publish. To get funded. To prove something. But when you are seeking the truth about a topic, it is not effective to have an 'objective'.
It limits you in every way possible. It blinds you. It hinders your ability to find out the truth. It creates all kinds of problems in life.
